SystemManaging User Sessions

In Loftware Enterprise SP, administrators can view active user sessions and sign users out of Loftware Enterprise SP if necessary. For example, this is useful if there is a need to perform system maintenance which requires a restart, if a user reports strange activity with their username, or if a user needs to be removed from the system immediately. You can also send a system message to notify users before they are signed out. For more information, see Display a System Message.

Note: To view a user's session, READ permissions on that user are required. To sign a user out, ADMIN permissions on that user are required.

  2. In the Username field, enter a full or partial username or leave this field blank.
  3. Select an option from the Logged In drop-down list.
