SystemPrevent Users from Signing in to Loftware Enterprise SP

An administrator can sign users out of Loftware Enterprise SP and prevent users from accessing the system if necessary. For example, this is useful if there is a need to perform system maintenance which requires a restart, if a user reports strange activity with their username, or if a user needs to be removed from the system immediately. You can also send a system message to notify users before they are signed out. For more information, see Display a System Message.

Note: To perform this task, you must be signed in as the ClientAdmin, SystemAdmin, or SuperAdmin user. For more information, see Controlling Access to System Settings

To prevent users from accessing Loftware Enterprise SP, use the following procedure.

  1. In System System Management, click System Administration.

Important! This action takes effect immediately.

  4. When you are ready for users to have access to Loftware Enterprise SP again, click the System Access drop-down list and select Allow users to log in.
