Solution

There are two (2) steps to take to resolve this issue after you have reviewed the above article and determined the issue experienced is relates to the information provided.

Steps To Take To Resolve When Loftware is in Demo Mode
If you have determined Demo Mode was caused by one of the items in the list of Potential Reasons then you must contact Loftware Customer Service.
  1. Contact Loftware Customer Service to request a permanent replacement password or to initiate the key replacement process during normal business hours 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday EST.
  2. Emergency Mode: Emergency Mode allows you to run Loftware for a short period of time (10 printing days) after a key or password license failure during production. It is a temporary solution if you require immediate restoration of Loftware label printing operations during non-business hours for the eastern coast of the United States.

Emergency Mode

Note: Emergency Mode is only available if you purchase and license LPS and your Identifier for Loftware has not changed.

Emergency Mode is available if your Identifier for Loftware has not changed. Check the box to initiate Emergency Mode Sequence

WARNING: Do not use Emergency Mode on the primary node of a cluster; LPS may not fail over in Emergency Mode. If the license fails on the primary node, it is best to fail over to the backup node. If the licenses on both nodes fail, then the Emergency Mode should be used to resume production.

Note: Emergency Mode is a one-time mode. Make sure you contact Loftware Customer Service before the 10-day countdown expires for a reset of your original license.
