Why Am I Stuck In Demo Mode?

Description

When opening Loftware in Design Mode, a message is displayed informing me that I am running in Demo Mode, even though I have a hardware key attached.

Solution

One Possible Solution:When opening, the Loftware program checks for the presence of a key on the parallel port of the computer.

1. Check to see if the key is attached to the parallel port.
2. Check to see if the printer cable is attached to the key.
3. Check that the local Administrator account has not been removed or altered. As this is required.

If the cable is connected to a serial port of a printer, the key is NOT recognized, and Loftware switches to Demo Mode.
