User Interface: Session Management

The following information can be viewed in the User Session Status panel in the Session Management pane in System .

Note: To see a user session, READ permissions on the user are required. To perform actions on this page, ADMIN permissions on the user are required.

Search Criteria

Option	Description
Username	Enter a full or partial username to search for a user session. To display all user sessions, leave the field blank and click Search .
Logged In	Whether to search for all users, users who are currently logged in to Loftware Enterprise SP, or users who are not currently logged in to Loftware Enterprise SP.
Search	Click to display the list of user sessions filtered by the entered criteria.

Command Buttons

Option	Description
Log Off	Forces an immediate log off of the selected users. To log all users out of Loftware Enterprise SP, see User Interface: System Administration.
View Sessions	Displays a list of sessions across all Loftware Application Servers and the associated IP addresses for the selected user.
View User	Opens the selected user profile in Access Control .

User Session Status

Tip: You can click a table header to sort the table by that column.

Option	Description
Username	The username of the user.
Logged In	Whether the user is currently logged in to Loftware Enterprise SP.
Last Login Date	The date and time when the user was last logged in to Loftware Enterprise SP.
