Business Intelligence Server URL |
The URL to the Business Intelligence server in the following format, where loftwareBI-server is the IP address or DNS name of the BI server: http://loftwareBI-server:8080/jasperserver-pro Note: Functionality related to Business Intelligence is available only if your Loftware Enterprise SP license has the Business Intelligence component enabled. This preference can be modified by SuperAdmin and SystemAdmin. |
The URL should include an http:// prefix, either an IP address or a DNS name, and a port, followed by jasperserver-pro. Example http://example.com:8080/jasperserver-pro |
Auditing Level |
The level of detail to capture on changes made by a user or process to objects in Loftware Enterprise SP. This preference can be modified by SuperAdmin and ClientAdmin. |
Off: No auditing is performed. Actions Only: All actions are audited (create, update, and delete), but no change details are captured. (Default) Full: All actions (create, update, and delete) and all change details (add, modify, and remove) are captured. Change details are in XML. |
Text Box Fill Region |
In a Text Box field, whether the entire field or only the text area has a background of the Fill Color specified in Label Design Important! This setting takes immediate effect. Changing this setting during an active print job may produce unexpected results. This preference can be modified by SuperAdmin and ClientAdmin. |
Envelope: The entire field has a background of the Fill Color. Text Area: The text in the field has a background of the Fill Color. |
Use Suggested Font Tracking Limits |
Whether to enforce a Font Tracking value that is between -0.1 to 0.3. |

Whether SAP BC-XOM integrations communicate status to SAP applications directly or via Loftware Integration Status for SAP® Applications. |

Text Box Overrun Mode |
How Loftware Enterprise SP should respond if the amount of data received for a Text Box field is more than can fit. Tip: If the Text Box Overrun Mode is specified in the job data, that overrides any mode specified in Label Specific Options in Label Design This preference can be modified by SuperAdmin and ClientAdmin. |
Allow Overrun: The text continues beyond the bottom of the envelope for the field. For a printed label, as much of the text as can fit on the label is printed. Truncate Data: Text that does not fit is not printed or displayed. The preceding text is printed or displayed. Truncate Data at Paragraph Break: A paragraph that does not fit is not printed or displayed. The preceding paragraph is printed or displayed. Fail Print Job on Overrun: Any print job that includes a Text Box field in which the data received does not fit is failed and is not printed or displayed. |
Job Archive Preferences

Archive Retention |
The number of months to retain print job history data in the Loftware Enterprise SP database before exporting it to an archive dump file. When the number of months has been reached, Loftware Enterprise SP creates a dump (DMP) file every month in the location specified during installation. Note: Changes to this preference take effect immediately. This preference can be modified by SuperAdmin, SystemAdmin, and ClientAdmin. |

Export Job History |
Whether to export job history data from the Loftware Enterprise SP database into archive dump (DMP) files. If you do not need these dump files, clearing this check box prevents the files from being automatically created and saves space on your database server. Note: Changes to this preference take effect immediately. This preference can be modified by SuperAdmin, SystemAdmin, and ClientAdmin. |
