StatusView an Error Reason

For a print job that has been manually set to an error status in Loftware Enterprise SP, you can view the reason for the error if one was entered by the user. To change the status of a print job to an error status, see Set a Print Job to an Error Status. To view an error reason, use the following procedure.

  1. In StatusStatus, click Jobs . The Jobs page is displayed.
  2. Enter criteria by which to search print job records.
  3. Click the drop-down list in the View ribbon group and select Job Details, and then click Search . A list of print job details is displayed, filtered by the criteria that you entered.
  4. Note: Data displayed in StatusStatus is not dynamically updated. To update the data, click Search .

  5. Double-click a job detail, or click a job detail to select the row and then click Inspect Job . The Job Inspector window is displayed.
  6. The Error Reason is displayed in the Job Detail panel.
