Subscribing to Loftware Cloud High Throughput API

Available in Cloud Business, Cloud Compliance and Cloud Enterprise.

Important! Depending on your Loftware Cloud product, High Throughput APIs may be a payable add-on in your Loftware Cloud product.

To use High Throughput APIs, register on the Developer Portal and create a new subscription.

Note: If you are not already signed up, you will have to create a Developer Portal account. For step by step instructions, see Signing up to the Developer Portal. You only create and set up your Developer Portal account once.

Next, you subscribe to Loftware Cloud High Throughput APIs:

  1. Sign in to Developer Portal.

  2. Go to Products > Loftware Cloud (high throughput, requires premium API subscription).


  3. Type your subscription name (if you have multiple customers, choose customer-specific names). Click Subscribe.


    Note: The subscription name should be recognizable and associated with your account.

    Your User profile page opens. You have successfully submitted your subscription request for High Throughput APIs. You can see your premium subscription request under Subscriptions - the State is set to Submitted.


  4. Next, forward the below information to you Loftware contact:
1. The URL for your cloud environment

Example: https://yourinstance.onnincelabel.com

2. Subscription Name (if you are creating a new subscription)

OR

Primary Key* (if you already have a standard subscription and are upgrading to High Throughput APIs)

3. Email address of the API user (either yourself or your developer)
*Important! If you already have an existing Loftware Cloud API subscription and you are purchasing an upgrade to enable the High Throughput APIs, you have to provide the Primary Key for the subscription you are upgrading. This is important especially if you have multiple active Loftware Cloud API subscriptions.
Tip: We highly recommend you subscribe to the Loftware Cloud Status page. The page offers real-time updates and update history for Loftware Cloud system performance, system maintenance, and service interruptions.

You will be able to use the Loftware Cloud High Throughput APIs once we process your request. In the meantime, you can consume the standard Loftware Cloud API.
