Print Jobs Are Going To Only One Printer

What is the solution when all the Print Jobs are going to a specific printer, despite the fact that the print job is configured to go to a different printer?

Solution

Go to the LPS Configuration Utility:
Start > Programs > Loftware Labeling > Print Server > LPS Configuration

1. Under the General Tab, click the Scan Path line; press the Edit button. Directory Setup is displayed.
2. Uncheck the Assign Directory to Printer box.
3. Click OK, and Apply.
4. Click on the Service Manager button and restart the LPS.

The Print Jobs should complete on the configured printer.
