On-Demand Print Client Does Not Show All Printers or an Incorrect Printer List

Problem

User A logs on and runs the On-Demand Print Client (ODPC) application, selects a label, selects a printer, and then prints - all corresponding printers are listed.

User B logs on and runs the ODPC application, selects a label, and (tries to) to select a printer - NOT ALL corresponding printers are listed.

Explanation

User specific files located in the C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Temp folder can prevent the proper printer list from populating.

Solution

1. Close the ODPC.
2. Log on to the Client system and locate then delete the 2 files under the user profile's temp folder.

   C:\Users\User B\AppData\Local\Temp

3. Re-Run the ODPC application.
