How can I force a user to select a printer in the ODP Client?
Solution
If multiple printers are displayed in the ODP client, and users are not selecting the proper printer, set the following value in the llmwclnt.ini file:
[Config] ForceSelectPrinter=1
This causes the ODP Client program to NOT default to a printer, thereby forcing the user to select the proper printer.
To access the ini file:
- Select Start / Run from the Windows 95/98/NT/2000/XP desktop.
