Configuring the Layout Queue

Description

When printing labels attached to a layout in one of the Loftware print modules, I receive the following message if I request more labels than a layout can hold: "You have queued print data. Do you want to print it now?". Is it possible to disable this message, and simply have the remaining queued labels print automatically?

Solution

You can configure the behavior of the layout queue for On-Demand Print, Batch Print, and Range Print through Loftware's configuration screen. To access the configuration screen, select Options / Preferences... from Design or one of the Print Modules (On Demand Print, Range Print, or Batch Print). Click on the Print Modules tab, The layout queue options are displayed in the "On Demand" and "Range & Batch" sub-tabs and are configurable in the following four combinations:
Note: The behavior described assumes a situation where the number of labels requested is not evenly divisible by the number of sections in the attached layout.

Combination 1

[x] Print command automatically prints jobs left in queue.
