cab Driver Issues Printing Color Images

Description

You are unable to print color images when printing to a cab printer. For example, you set up a cab Windows spooler and send a color image from Loftware to the printer, but when printed, the image does not have color.

  1. Go to the Printer Control Panel and select Setup under Menu option and Machine parameters.

  2. Select Print Head Position X to verify if the setting is set to zero.

  3. Set to zero for color printing.

    Note:  If not set to zero it will push the color image off the label.
