Ribbon Motor Shuts Off On a Monarch (Paxar) 94xx

Description

When the Cut Each Label A label is a design area on the computer screen where a label format is created or edited. Including Last option under the printer setup options for the Monarch 94xx is enabled, the ribbon motor shuts off when I attempt to print a batch of labels.

Solution

This problem is usually the result of using a label length that is incompatible with this particular option. According to the Monarch manual, the Cut Each Label Including Last option should not be used when using labels less than 4 inches or greater than 8 inches in length.
