Solution

One possible cause of a Monarch 101 error is an invalid resolution specified in the label format. To resolve the issue:

1. Open the label in Design Mode and select File > Label A label is a design area on the computer screen where a label format is created or edited. Setup..Label Options.
2. Set the Resolution to match that of your printer's printhead under Target Printer Configuration.
3. Click OK.
4. Initiate a test print to verify that the issue has been resolved.
