Intermec Easy Coder F4 - Images Not Printing via TCP_IP

Description

When printing to an Intermec Easy Coder F4 via TCP/IP, an image on the label does not print.

Solution

If possible, try to print the label through a local port (LPT, COM, etc.). If the image on the label prints, proceed with the following steps.
NOTE: These instructions are specific to an Intermec Easy Coder F4 with an internal EasyLan NIC card but could be used on any of the Easy Coder series printers using this type of card. Other hardware or firmware dependencies may not make this a viable solution.

  1. Make sure the printer is connected to the network and turned on.
  2. Edit the TCP/IP configuration of the printer by typing its address [i.e., 192.16.0.75] in a browser such as Internet Explorer or Netscape. Once the Web Manage page is displayed, select Configuration > Network Interface > TCP/IP from the treeview on the left.
  3. In the section to the right, scroll to the Reverse Telnet Options Enabled line and change the setting to No if it is set to Yes.
  4. Click the Submit TCP/IP Settings button at bottom of page.
  5. Reboot the printer and try to print the label.
