Images and Data Not Printing Using the Zebra P4T Mobile Printer

Problem

Sending labels to a Zebra P4T Mobile printer and only the barcodes are printing.

Explanation

Labels are only printing barcodes. There are no images or data present on the label when printing to the Zebra P4T Mobile printer. This is because Z64 compression is checked. Z64 compression compresses all of the data being downloaded to the printer.

Solution

1. Go to Device Configuration Grid > Options.
   
   
   
2.  Clear the check box for Z64 Compression.
   
3. Click OK.
