How to Reassign Printers in the Printer Configuration Grid

Solution

To reassign printers in the Loftware Label A label is a design area on the computer screen where a label format is created or edited. Manager Configuration Grid, complete the following steps:

1. Open Loftware in Design Mode.
2. Press F6 or File > Printers in the Menu Bar.
3. Right-click on a printer listed in LLM Configuration.
4. Click on Reassign.
5. Select the printer number to be swapped or replaced (reassigned) in the To: box.
6. Press Swap or Replace*
7. Press OK

{}Swapping* exchanges the one printer number with another, i.e., Printer 8 is becomes Printer 10, and Printer 10 becomes Printer 8. Replacing removes a configured printer from one location, and places it in to the selected Printer number. If you are deleting a printer in the process, you are prompted to confirm the Printer removal.
