How can I configure my label so that in On-Demand Print, the data is remembered between print jobs of the same label?

Solution

By default, Loftware clears the On-Demand Print form after each print job. If, however, you would like the data you enter into a field to be 'remembered' between print jobs, follow these steps:

1. Select the variable field that you want to stay intact across print jobs in Loftware Design Mode.
2. Double-click the field to enter the Edit Datasource menu.
3. Change Clear to Remember under 'Update Method'.

This variable field now retains its value across successive print jobs.
