USB License Key Driver Install Failed

Description

When installing a new license key USB dongle driver, you receive the following error:

Error Message

The folder specified doesn't contain a compatible software driver for your device. If the folder contains a driver, make sure it is designed to work with Windows for x64-based systems.

Explanation

This error is usually triggered by a customer installing a 32-Bit driver on a 64-Bit Operating System.

Solution

Browse to the Sentinel System 64-bit driver at "Program Files (x86)/Common Files/SafeNet Sentinel/Sentinel System Driver".

This will install the correct driver for the 64-Bit Operating system.
