Error 26503 ActiveX Client Control

Description

When invoking the SetLabelName method of the ActiveX control (Client or System) I receive the following error

Explanation

This error is generated if the label being referenced by the SetLabelName method was created or last saved in a version of Loftware Label A label is a design area on the computer screen where a label format is created or edited. Manager (LLM-WIN32) earlier than 3.5.2.58.

Solution

Because of changes to the way the ActiveX control gets information about label files (field count, field names, etc.), versions of the ActiveX Control shipped with LLM-WIN32 3.5.2.58 and later are compatible only with labels created or last saved in Loftware Versions 3.5.2.58 and later.
