Error 2140 When Starting the LPS, Formerly Known As WatchDog-NT

When attempting to start the LPS, I get the following error:

Explanation

The "2140" error is usually the result of the LPS/WatchDog's "Log On As" user not belonging to the Local Administrator group.

Solution

The log on account must belong to this group in order to start successfully. Contact your network administrator about adding the LPS's log on account to the local administrator's group.
