Summary

This hotfix resolves an issue in which spooler devices were taking too long to load in Device Configuration.

Note: When installing this hotfix, you may see error messages related to installing the Loftware Spectrum service. When the service already exists, that is reported as an error and it is subsequently reported that the service installation fails. These errors are benign and have no effect on the actual installation of the hotfix.

The release package includes the following zip files:

• EnterpriseSP_5.1_HF42_WIN.zip

Prerequisites

Loftware Enterprise SP 5.1 HF24 must be installed prior to applying this hotfix.
