Configuring User Profiles

By configuring and assigning a user profile, an administrator can customize user preferences for individual users or for groups. An administrator can assign a user profile to a specific user or to all users in a group. The user profile specifies which default settings are displayed to users, which are configurable by users, and what the default value for each preference is.
