Viewing Log Files
By default, Loftware Enterprise SP application activity log files and Loftware Application Server log files are located on the Loftware Application Server in the <LOFTWARE_HOME>\product\logs folder.
Example
Windows – C:\Loftware\Spectrum\Spectrum\product\logs
Linux – /opt/loftware/spectrum/Spectrum/product/logs
Note: For Linux users, the folder and files within the <LOFTWARE_HOME>/product/logs directory are owned by the Loftware Enterprise SP user that installed Loftware Enterprise SP.
Loftware Enterprise SP application Activity Logs
Loftware Enterprise SP application activity logs can be accessed from a browser. For more information on specific files, see Activity Log Files.
Loftware Application Server Logs
Some of the log files for the Loftware Application Server include:
- catalina.[yyyy-MM-dd].log
- commons-daemon.[yyyy-MM-dd].log
- host-manager.[yyyy-MM-dd].log
- localhost.[yyyy-MM-dd].log
- loftwarespectrum-stderr.[yyyy-MM-dd].log
- loftwarespectrum-stdout.[yyyy-MM-dd].log
- manager.[yyy-MM-dd].log
