Requirements for SAP® BTP and SAP S/4HANA® Cloud Applications Integration

This feature is supported only in the Loftware Cloud Enterprise SP edition of Loftware Enterprise SP and requires version 5.2 or later.

SAP Cloud integration via Loftware Integration for SAP® BTP and S/4HANA® Cloud extends the functionality of SAP S/4HANA® Cloud Public Edition and SAP® Business Technology Platform, enabling them to receive and process label print requests.

SAP Cloud integration is an optional feature of Loftware Cloud Enterprise SP and Loftware Cloud. This feature requires the use of Loftware Integration for SAP BTP and S/4HANA Cloud.

Loftware Integration for SAP BTP and S/4HANA Cloud is supported for use with Loftware Cloud Enterprise SP and Loftware Cloud and is required to support SAP Cloud integrations. To have Loftware install and configure Loftware Integration for SAP BTP and S/4HANA Cloud to operate with your Loftware labeling solution, contact Loftware.

Important! Before SAP Cloud integrations can be fully used in Loftware Cloud Enterprise SP or Loftware Cloud, Loftware Integration for SAP BTP and S/4HANA Cloud must be installed by Loftware.

The following are the requirements for Loftware Integration for SAP BTP and S/4HANA Cloud when using Loftware Cloud Enterprise SP to integrate with SAP BTP or SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

SAP BTP and SAP S/4HANA Cloud Requirements

If you are integrating a Loftware labeling solution with SAP BTP or SAP S/4HANA Cloud, you must meet the following requirements.

Component	Requirement
SAP BTP	If you are integrating with SAP BTP, your SAP administrator must have an SAP BTP account and access to the SAP BTP Cockpit. This account must either have the Global Account Administrator role collection or otherwise have administrative control of the subaccount used for print queue management. The account must be subscribed to the SAP Print Service and must be used to configure a receiver instance on the SAP Print Service. This receiver instance must have a role enabling it to manage print queues. It is not necessary to install SAP Cloud Print Manager.
SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition	If you are integrating with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, your SAP administrator must have an SAP account with the SAP_BR_ADMINISTRATOR business role assigned so that your SAP administrator can create a communication arrangement and a print queue. The communication arrangement must include SAP users for inbound and outbound communication. It is not necessary to install SAP Cloud Print Manager.

Loftware Cloud Enterprise SP Requirements for Integration

If integrating Loftware Cloud Enterprise SP with SAP® Business Technology Platform and SAP S/4HANA® Cloud Public Edition, the following are required.

This SAP Cloud integration can be created before or after Loftware Integration for SAP BTP and S/4HANA Cloud is installed, but the name is required when configuring Loftware Integration for SAP BTP and S/4HANA Cloud.
Loftware Enterprise SP user	A Loftware Enterprise SP user that will send print jobs from SAP BTP or SAP S/4HANA Cloud to the SAP Cloud integration in Loftware Cloud Enterprise SP. This user can be created before or after Loftware Integration for SAP BTP and S/4HANA Cloud is installed, but the username is required when configuring Loftware Integration for SAP BTP and S/4HANA Cloud.

This user can be created before or after Loftware Integration for SAP BTP and S/4HANA Cloud is installed, but the username is required when configuring Loftware Integration for SAP BTP and S/4HANA Cloud.
