Requirements for Integration for Use with SAP® Applications

Loftware Enterprise SP Integration for use with SAP® Applications is an optional component that extends the functionality of SAP applications, incorporating Loftware Enterprise SP capabilities so that users can print labels from SAP applications. Print requests initiated by users in SAP applications are processed and printed by Loftware Enterprise SP, and Loftware Enterprise SP reports the status of each request to the originating application. You can configure as many integrations as your Loftware Enterprise SP license allows. If you are integrating Loftware Enterprise SP 5.1 with SAP, you must meet the following requirements.

Loftware license	Loftware Enterprise SP license that includes Integration for use with SAP® Applications
SAP system	SAP S/4HANA On-Premise SAP ECC 6.0 or later with the latest enhancements
SAP JCo	SAP Java Connector (SAP JCo) 3.1.11 or later, 64-bit version, must be deployed to the Loftware Application Server. SAP JCo can be obtained from SAP Support Portal. If your Loftware Application Server is running Windows Server, JCo 3.1 requires the Visual Studio 2013 C/C++ runtime libraries to be installed on the system. The "Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable Package" can be downloaded from https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4032938. SAP JCo is also required when installing Loftware Integration Status for SAP Applications.
Loftware Integration Command Line Interpreter (CLI) for SAP Applications	To support SAP BC-XOM integrations, you must install Loftware Integration Command Line Interpreter (CLI) for SAP Applications on an SAP Application Server running one of the following operating systems: Windows Server Red Hat Enterprise Linux SUSE Linux IBM AIX Note: It is strongly recommended that each SAP Application Server be configured with its own Loftware Integration CLI for SAP Applications. Loftware Enterprise SP user to support Loftware Integration CLI for SAP Applications	If you plan to use Loftware Integration Command Line Interpreter (CLI) for SAP Applications, a dedicated Loftware Enterprise SP user is required for authentication. This user can be created before or after Loftware Integration CLI for SAP Applications is installed, but credentials for this user are required during configuration of Loftware Integration CLI for SAP Applications. Loftware Integration Status for SAP Applications	If you plan to integrate Loftware Cloud Enterprise SP with an on-premise SAP Application Server by using SAP BC-XOM integrations, it is recommended that you install Loftware Integration Status for SAP® Applications on a server inside your network running one of the following operating systems: Windows Server Red Hat Enterprise Linux SUSE Linux Important! One instance of Loftware Integration Status for SAP Applications can communicate with multiple Loftware labeling solution deployments. Install only one instance of Status for SAP Applications on your network. SAP Java Connector (SAP JCo) 3.1.11 or later is required when installing Status for SAP Applications. Loftware Cloud Enterprise SP user to support Status for SAP Applications	If you plan to use Loftware Integration Status for SAP Applications, a dedicated Loftware Cloud Enterprise SP user is required for authentication. This user can be created before or after Status for SAP Applications is installed, but credentials for this user are required during configuration of Status for SAP Applications.
