Requirements for Loftware Business Intelligence Server

If your license includes Loftware Enterprise SP Business Intelligence (BI), the following are the requirements for the Loftware Enterprise SP Business Intelligence Server. This server must be separate from the Loftware Database Server and from the Loftware Application Server.

Available disk space

10GB

Component Requirement

Installer operating system

One of the following 64-bit operating systems:

  • Microsoft client computer operating systems
    • Windows 10
  • Microsoft server operating systems
    • Windows Server 2019
    • Windows Server 2016
  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.0, 8.2
  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.4–7.6, 7.8
  • Amazon Linux 2

Java

Oracle Java must be installed on the server. You can download the latest version from https://www.java.com/en/.

Microsoft Visual Studio

Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable (x64) - 14.34.31938 must be installed on the server.

Google Chrome

Google Chrome must be installed on the server (the Chromium JavaScript engine is used to generate and export graphical reports).
