SystemViewing Version Reports

An administrator can use the Version Reporting page in System System Management to quickly view versioning information for the libraries used in Loftware Enterprise SP across all Loftware Application Servers, if applicable.

This is useful for seeing if any differences or conflicts exist in library versions in a Loftware Enterprise SP instance and for ensuring all Loftware Application Servers have the correct library versions after upgrading. You can also download all versioning data which can be provided to Loftware Technical Support if needed.

Version reports are available for the following libraries:

  • Loftware Enterprise SP library versions
  • Driver versions
  • DDK versions
  • Third party library versions

View System Version Reports

An administrator can view the Loftware Enterprise SP system version reports using the following procedure.

Note: To perform this task, you must be signed in as the ClientAdmin, SystemAdmin, or SuperAdmin user. For more information, see Controlling Access to System Settings

  1. In System System Management, click Version Reporting.
  2. In the Loftware System Version Report panel, select the check boxes for the server or servers you want to see the report for.
  3. Click the Show Report button.
  4. To display only the systems with differing versions, select the Show Conflicts Only check box. Clear the check box to display all systems again.

View Library Version Reports

An administrator can view the Loftware library version reports using the following procedure.

  1. In System System Management, click Version Reporting.
  2. In the Loftware Libraries Version Report panel, select the check boxes for the server or servers you want to see the report for.
  3. Click the Show Report button.
  4. To display only the libraries with differing versions, select the Show Conflicts Only check box. Clear the check box to display all libraries again.

Export Version Reports

An administrator can export the entire Loftware Enterprise SP library version report in JSON format. This report can be sent to Loftware Technical Support to assist with identifying problems.

  1. In System System Management, click Version Reporting.
  2. In the Version Summary Report panel, click the Export Report button. The version-report.json file downloads.
