Search Devices

To search for devices with specific characteristics, use the following procedure.

1. Click Status.
2. In the Status panel, click Devices.
3. In the Devices Summary page, enter criteria by which to filter the list of devices:
   • To search by full or partial device name, enter text in the Device Name field and then click Search .
   • To filter the list by Status, Family, or Model, select the criteria from the drop-down list and then click Search .
   • To filter the list by detailed status, when a device's status was last updated, or the description of the device, enter a value in the Detailed Status, Status Last Updated, or Description search box as appropriate. You can also use this method to filter by Status, Family, or Model.

   A list of devices is displayed, filtered by the criteria that you entered.

   Tip: To download these search results to a comma-delimited text file that can be viewed in most spreadsheet applications, click , specify a file name and location, and then click Save.
