Print Block: Print

In a business rule designed in the Configurator, you can add a Print component block to generate a print job using the specified process. You can provide data to the process.

Tip: Before you can add a component block to a business rule, you must create a component set by specifying a trigger that controls when component blocks in the component set are run.

Property	Description
Process	The fully-qualified path to a process in Loftware Enterprise SP. Tip: You can use the Relative Path check box to control whether the path is represented as an absolute path or a relative path. Using a relative path may be helpful if an object is likely to be transferred to a different Loftware Enterprise SP instance A Loftware Application Server and a Loftware Database Server that are associated with each other by a Loftware Enterprise - SP License.. The check box is available to select after the object has been saved for the first time. For more information, see Relative Paths.
Data Set	The data set to provide to the process. You can add data map entries or import data from an XML file or a CSV file into the data set.

Commands

The following commands are available for adding and modifying the data set to provide to the process.

Tip: You can use a live data set A collection of data (names and values) that was retrieved from a data source and is specific to a label template or a reusable object. A data set can be used to populate fields displayed in Label Design, in a preview, and when test printing. to store a snapshot of live data retrieved from a Database data source. You can use this data to produce a more realistic view when designing a label template or a business rule. You can also manually alter data map entries in a data set.

	Add Data Map Entry	Create a new data map entry A name (key) and value pair in the data map for a job. in the data set as a child of the selected data map entry or namespace.
	Delete Data Map Entry	Delete the selected data map entry or namespace from the data set.
	Edit Data Map Entry	Change the selected data map entry or namespace in the data set.
	Import Data	Import data from an XML file or a CSV file into the data set.
