Media Options for NOVEXX Solutions Devices
If the Family selected is Family Driver and the Model selected is EasyPlug EasyPlug, a printer command language by NOVEXX Solutions. NOVEXX Solutions originated from Avery Dennison's Industrial Paint & Apply (IPA) line of business., then the Media tab displays the following options. Some options may not be relevant to some device models.
If the Family selected is NOVEXX Solutions or Avery Dennison and a specific model is selected, then only options appropriate to that model are displayed. For more information about drivers and Loftware Enterprise™ SP, see Managing Devices.

The thermal transfer |
Thermotransfer with ribbon autoeconomy: Thermotransfer printing with ribbon saving. Thermotransfer without ribbon autoeconomy: Thermotransfer printing without ribbon saving. Thermal without printhead lift: Direct thermal printing without printhead lifting. (Default) Thermal with printhead lift: Direct thermal printing with printhead lifting. Thermotransfer with turbo ribbon autoeconomy: Thermotransfer printing with turbo ribbon saving. The media is advanced at the speed specified by the Feed Speed option when areas with a significant amount of white space are encountered. Do Not Send Option: No value for this option is sent to the device. Select this value if you want to configure the option at your device. |
Stock Type |
The type of media loaded in the device and the method used to detect the top of the next label. |
Endless: Media with no gaps or separations between labels. (Default) Punched: Media with pre-punched notches or holes between each label. Do Not Send Option: No value for this option is sent to the device. Select this value if you want to configure the option at your device. |
Print Mode |
The printing mode appropriate to the media loaded in the device. |
Batch Mode: The entire surface of the label is printable. In some cases, the last label of a print job is cut if programmed only when the next print job begins. Suitable for high volume. (Default) Normal 1:1 Mode: The initial zones of the label are not printable. All labels are cut if programmed. Suitable for high volume. Real 1:1 Mode: The entire surface of the label is printable. All labels are issued if programmed. Not suitable for high volume. Do Not Send Option: No value for this option is sent to the device. Select this value if you want to configure the option at your device. |
Gap Offset |
The beginning position for printing an irregularly-shaped label. A positive value indicates that the label begins before the end of the gap. A negative value indicates that it begins after the gap. |

Print Speed |
The speed at which the label travels over the print head during printing. |

Enable Job End Flag Label |
Whether to lengthen the last label in a batch to signify the end of the batch. |
