Version Info
The following information and commands are available in the Version Info dialog box. The Version Info ribbon icon is displayed on the View tab only when an object that supports version control
The following types of objects are version controlled when saved in a version-controlled folder: label templates, forms, images, layer objects, layouts, reusable objects, field data catalogs, applications, business rules, processes, workflow templates, and data services. Images do not support minor versions. is in a folder for which Version Control is On.

Restrict the versions displayed in the version table to include either all versions, only published versions, or only versions with a particular major version number. Options in the drop-down list are displayed only after the item has been published at least once. Note: Published versions are versions with a minor version number of zero. Images have only published versions. |

Version Table

For a checked-in object, the Version Control Comment entered by the user who checked in this version of it. For a checked-out object, the message "Check-Out." |

The user name of the user who saved this version of the object. |
| Modification Date |
For a checked-in object, date and time when it was checked in. For a checked-out object, date and time when it was saved. |
