Oracle EBS Requirements
If you are integrating a Loftware labeling solution with Oracle applications, you must meet the following requirements.

Database software |
Oracle Database 19c Loftware performed testing using servers running the following operating systems. If you are using another operating system, it is recommended that you test prior to moving to production.

Oracle user |
An Oracle user designated by the Oracle administrator to connect to the Loftware labeling solution. This Oracle user, as well as the role for it, can be created during the installation process for Loftware Integration - Oracle EBS, or an existing user and role can be specified. |

Oracle client software on remote computer |
If you are installing Loftware Integration - Oracle EBS from a remote computer rather than from the Oracle EBS system database server, then the remote computer must have SQL*Plus Instant Client (either Basic or Lightweight) installed. For more information, refer to Oracle Database SQL*Plus documentation from Oracle. Loftware performed testing using computers running the following operating systems. If you are using another operating system, it is recommended that you test prior to moving to production.
