Tiers

The Service is available in Basic, Standard and Premium tiers to cater for different projects and their processing requirements. Each tier provides more processing power, more RAM and more disk storage.

Each tier provides a group of two identical virtualized systems (nodes) that always run in parallel for best throughput ensuring load-balancing and high-availability. All nodes have access to the same shared disk storage. When you manage the Automation configuration from the Control Center, the changes are applied to both systems (e.g., when you load a new configuration and activate a trigger, it is deployed to all nodes).

The Service is available as an add-on to the following Loftware Cloud products: Loftware Cloud Business, Loftware Cloud Compliance, and Loftware Cloud Enterprise. Not all tiers are available in all products.

The  availability of the Cloud Automation service is constantly being monitored and the status displayed on the Loftware Cloud Status page. You can subscribe to updates and receive notifications in case of disrupted operations.

Note: The initial offer includes two nodes within each tier. More nodes are available per request. Please contact Loftware for more information.
