Loftware Cloud Compliance
Loftware Cloud Compliance is updated once a year. Before the production environment is upgraded, we provide a three-month testing period. During the testing period, users can contact Loftware technical support to test and resolve possible open issues before the production environment is upgraded.
End-of-sale
There is no end-of-sale for Loftware Cloud products.
End of support
We offer general product support to Loftware Cloud customers.
Customers using the Loftware Cloud SaaS platform receive continuous software updates as they become available. They benefit from an always up-to-date and fully supported platform.
There is no end of support of Loftware Cloud customers.
Support for out-of-service software versions
Loftware Cloud is a SaaS product. All Loftware Cloud customers automatically have the latest product version. There are no older or out-of-service software versions for Loftware Cloud.
