Disconnecting remote activation

Remote activation is only available in the hybrid deployment of Control Center. Hybrid deployment is a payable add-on to your Loftware Cloud.

For more information, contact Loftware sales.
Available in Cloud Business, Cloud Compliance and Cloud Enterprise.

You can delete or disconnect your license at any time during your remote activation period. You may decide to disconnect if:

  • You don't need a remote Control Center instance in your Loftware Cloud product.

  • You want to release your printer seats from your subscription account.

When you remove an existing remote activation, you release the printer seats you reserved with your activation. To get back your reserved printer seats, you need to wait until your remote activation expires, disconnect, or Updating or changing remote activation.

When you disconnect your remote activation, your Loftware installations, like Desktop Designer, continue to work for 30 days. After 30 days, you will have to activate your Loftware product again. To reactivate, you can Creating a new remote activation, or activate without using your remote Control Center. For activating your Loftware Cloud product without using hybrid deployment, see
