Gather Information for Use in SAP GLM+

Unless you are an SAP BASIS administrator, contact your SAP BASIS administrator to request installation and configuration of the Loftware Business Add-In (BAdI) to support SAP GLM+ integration. If your SAP BASIS administrator is unfamiliar with Loftware Integration for SAP® GLM+ and the Loftware BAdI, refer them to Getting Started with Loftware Integration for SAP® GLM+.

Gather the following information to be used by the SAP BASIS administrator when configuring Loftware Integration for SAP® GLM+ on your SAP platform.

• Loftware Cloud subscription key
• SSL/TLS certificate for Loftware Cloud
• Name of each label template to be used with SAP GLM+ integration, excluding secondary label templates such as those for PRE and POST labels

Important! Alert the SAP BASIS administrator if any of the preceding details change later. Also, alert the SAP BASIS administrator when devices are added or renamed in Loftware Cloud so that they can be activated in SAP GLM+.
