Authentication for Loftware APIs

The trigger you have published in LoftwareAutomation is accessible through the Cloud Trigger API. Before you can consume the API, you need a subscription key for authentication. Loftware Cloud runs on multi-tenant software architecture. The endpoints in Loftware Cloud API for Loftware Oracle Agent are the same for all Loftware Cloud customers. The subscription key tells the customers apart.

To generate a subscription key:

  1. Add a Cloud Integration in your Control Center (Integrations > Cloud Integrations).

  2. Create an account in the Developer Portal.

  3. Register the Cloud integration from Control Center in the Developer Portal.

  4. In the Developer Portal, create a product called Loftware Cloud.

  5. Sign up as a developer with the product Loftware Cloud and activate a subscription key.
