The main toolbar is divided by a vertical separator in two parts. The left part applies to all label objects:

  • Undo and Redo buttons.

    With Undo, you can reverse up to 10 steps.

  • Copy, Cut, and Paste.

  • Use Delete to delete the selected object or group of objects from your label design.

The right part of the main toolbar is only active when you work with text and text box objects.

  • Text font selects the typeface.

  • Text font size defines the text size.

  • Bold, Italic, Underline, Strikethrough.

  • Align text either with the left or right object border or centrally.

    You can use Align text for Text boxes or Text objects with multiple lines.

  • Text color defines the font and underline color.

  • Use the Edit On Desktop button to continue editing your label file in desktop Designer. When you click Edit On Desktop, your label is saved, and desktop Designer opens automatically.

  • Settings.

    Click Settings to open a drop-down with Label Properties, Visibility options, and View options.

    Click Visibility options to deselect Object Name, Data Connection, or Printer Element. When you deselect an element, it will not be seen on objects on your label design surface. You can also access Visibility options by right-clicking on the design surface to open a drop-down menu.

    Click View to either set Zoom to 100% or Zoom to Label to centrally align your display of your label design.

  • Click the Preview & Print button to open the Cloud Print Form.
