Profile

The Profile page gives you an overview of your Account details and Subscriptions.

Account Details

Under Account details, you can change your name and password, and close your account.

Close account

To close your account, click Close account, then click OK.

Important! Closing your account means you will not be able to sign in or restore your closed account.

After you close your account, your existing subscriptions will be deleted. You will have to subscribe again and create a new integrator key in Control Center.

Subscriptions

Under Subscription > Subscription details, you can see the name of your subscription and when your subscription started. Your subscription doesn't have an end date.

From here, you can access or regenerate your Primary and Secondary keys.

Subscription State

Under State, you can see if your subscription is active.

Subscription Action

Under Subscription Action, you can cancel your Loftware Cloud API subscription.
