Loftware Cloud 25.9.0.14148 Patch

March 2026

Summary

The patch resolves the following issues:

  • Replacing WebDAV (Web Distributed Authoring and Versioning) with the Document API in the most critical file-access operations. Loftware desktop clients use the WebDAV service to access files in the Document Storage (in the Control Center). In Windows 11 versions 24H2 and 25H2, WebDAV is subject to stricter security measures and is considered a deprecated feature. Users running these Windows versions experience problems interacting with the Document Storage from their Loftware desktop clients, including using the File Open/Save dialog box, Open Label action in forms and Automation configurations, Read Data from File, creating Label variant, listing the names of files in the drop-down box in forms, and on other occasions.

  • Occasionally, jobs from the LPS trigger (with a PAS-type data payload) got processed in the Automation Manager, but no printout occurred. The Loftware Automation service had to be restarted to restore functionality.

  • If you use a proxy to access the internet, the Windows proxy settings now take priority over the proxy settings in Loftware’s product.config file.

  • The schema file was not applied when defining a connection to the CSV file. You could not import the schema file or rename a field.

  • Embedding the image in the form background was not possible when loading the image from a http resource.

  • The correct file revision was always displayed in the preview and in the design mode in the desktop Designer.
