Extending the offline period to 30 days

Until now, all desktop modules in the Loftware Cloud needed a connection with the Cloud Control Center every five days to verify the license and subscription status. This proved challenging in environments with unreliable internet connection.

To allow more use without the connection to the Cloud Control Center the offline period is extended to 30 days.

The new functionality will ensure clients working in the offline mode, but you must ensure the local availability of label templates and/or form solutions, and access to data for printing. You can enable file caching in Automation service and use Web Client for on-demand printing (that automatically caches solutions). The clients also automatically cache the print events’ data and will report it to the Control Center when the connection is restored.
