The following error is placed in the XML file in the critical error folder when Instance Name Checking is turned on:
The Error is placed in the critical error folder on the XML file that was being processed by the Loftware Print Server (LPS).
This error can occur when Label Versioning and Instance Name Checking is turned on and the label being printed has not been saved since the change was made. The label was created before Label Versioning was turned on, thus there is not an instance name associated with it.
- Resave the label after Label Versioning is turned on to associate the label with the current instance
- Promote the label to the instance where you want it to print
- Turn off Instance Name Checking
