Description

Is it possible to store images in a Zebra printer's memory, such that the images are not downloaded to the printer each time they are printed?

Solution

  1. Print a label in On Demand Print with the images in question on it. The images are downloaded to the printer.
  2. Select Options | Preferences in On-Demand Print; the "Preferences" dialog opens. Select the "Zebra" section and place check-marks in the boxes labeled "Do Not Download Images" and "Recall By Image Name"; click OK.
  3. Exit On-Demand Print and any other running Loftware programs; and re-enter; when the images in question are printed at this point, they are not downloaded to the printer but are instead recalled from the printer's memory.

Note: Once the printer is powered off, the images are cleared from memory.
